Job summary

Smiggle Northland is seeking an Assistant Retail Store Manager to support the Store Manager and energise the team in a fun, vibrant env. This part-time role covers weekends and late trading, with a focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience.

You will coach staff, drive sales, assist with stock and merchandising, and help maintain a safe, well-organised store. Smiggle offers training, progression, and a 50% staff discount.

Qualifications

• Retail leadership or supervisory experience.
• Passion for delivering excellent customer service.
• Ability to coach and inspire your team to reach their potential.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage stock effectively.
• Visual merchandising experience is preferred but not essential.

About the Role

Combine a smile with a giggle and you’ve got Smiggle! We’re on the lookout for an Assistant Store Manager with a love for all things colourful, fun and exciting. You’ll be supporting the Store Manager at our Northlandstore to lead your team and create a store experience that’s bursting with energy and imagination. It’s all about spreading the Smiggle magic and delivering exceptional service to customers, big and small!

This Part-time role requires availability over weekends, late-night trading hours, and public holidays.
