Job summary

AIA is recruiting a Corporate Solutions Coordinator in New Zealand. You will act as the operational contact for Corporate Solutions customers and advisers, coordinating group schemes end-to-end and supporting internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery.

You will build trusted relationships with advisers, third-party administrators, and colleagues, actively identifying improvements, and expanding your knowledge of AIA's products and operations within a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating administrative or operational activities with a focus on service quality.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills across diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive approach to identifying process improvements and efficiencies.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Corporate Solutions group schemes to deliver end-to-end customer experiences.
• Build and maintain relationships with advisers, third-party administrators, and internal teams.
• Resolve operational queries promptly to maintain service quality.
• Monitor activity and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and customer outcomes.
• Support process, product, and service enhancements across the function.
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders to foster trust and transparency.
