Job summary

AIA seeks a Corporate Solutions Coordinator in Auckland to ensure a seamless experience for corporate clients and advisers. You will act as a key operational contact, coordinating group schemes and supporting internal teams for end-to-end service delivery.

You will build strong relationships with advisers, TPAs, and colleagues while identifying improvements to processes, products, and customer outcomes. A collaborative, detail-focused role with growth opportunities in a supportive team.

• Monitor account activity and identify efficiency improvements.
• Contribute to process, product, and service enhancements.
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders to build confidence and transparency.
