Aon Aotearoa New Zealand is seeking a proactive Claims Specialist to join our Regional Claims team in Christchurch, with flexibility to base in Christchurch, Hamilton or Auckland. You will be the front-line contact for corporate clients and coordinate with insurers and brokers.

You will bring claims knowledge or strong customer service background, with outstanding communication, organisational skills and the ability to work autonomously in a busy corporate setting.

Qualifikationen

• Front-line contact for corporate clients and claims inquiries.
• Liaison between clients, insurers, legal advisers and stakeholders.
• Accurate and concise claim records preparation.

• Be the primary contact for claims questions from corporate clients.
• Coordinate with insurers, brokers and legal advisers.
• Maintain accurate claim records and monitor reserves.
• General administration and record maintenance.
