Job summary

Lightyears, based in Auckland, NZ, is seeking an experienced Operations & Maintenance Coordinator to own day-to-day solar farm operations across six sites. The role focuses on coordinating planned and reactive maintenance, managing contractors and keeping sites safe and reliable, with regular site travel to the projects.

You will analyse performance data, report on operations, and drive improvements using Excel and standard operating procedures.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in operations or maintenance of solar or electrical assets.
• Site management and contractor coordination experience.
• Strong health and safety knowledge in electrical environments.
• Proficient with Excel and reporting.
