Qualifications

• Full New Zealand Driver Licence is required.
• Comfortable working at heights and on rooftops.
• Physically fit for demanding outdoor work.
• Strong commitment to health and safety practices.
• Practical, hands-on approach with a strong work ethic.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively in a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the installation of solar panels, mounting systems, and cabling on residential and commercial projects.
• Support electricians and installers to ensure projects are delivered safely and efficiently.
• Load, transport, organise, and prepare installation materials and equipment.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship, quality, and site safety.
• Complete installation documentation and job records accurately.
• Participate in health and safety initiatives and toolbox talks.
• Assist with warehouse, logistics, and operational support as required.
• Contribute positively to team performance and site operations.
