Job summary

Think Solar Group is seeking an organised, customer‑focused administrator to support our sales, design and operations in New Zealand. Training is provided on solar industry systems, SketchUp, and all processes, with no prior solar experience required.

You will help prepare customer proposals, manage project information, and communicate across emails and calls. A positive, collaborative culture with opportunities to learn and grow awaits.

Qualifications

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Clear and professional written and verbal communication.
• Confident with computers and quick to learn new software and processes.
• Team‑oriented with the ability to work independently when required.
• Interest in renewable energy and contributing to a growing industry.
• Ideally previous administration or coordination experience.
• Interest in solar, electrical or renewable energy.

Responsibilities

• Provide general administrative support across sales, design and operations.
• Assist with preparing customer proposals and basic SketchUp drawings.
• Set up job cards, maintain accurate project information and help keep jobs organised and progressing.
• Monitor communications across emails and phone calls.
• Assist with stock, fleet coordination and general operational administration.
• Support events and assist with marketing tasks as required.
