Job summary

Think Solar Group in Christchurch is seeking an Operations Coordinator to drive solar projects from inception to completion. You will coordinate tasks across teams, handle admin and technical duties, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining high service standards for customers.

You will complete SketchUp drawings, liaise with clients, manage stock and warehouse processes, and support the broader team with CRM and communications to keep projects on track and energy solutions advancing in the

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an operational or project coordination role.
• Strong time management, organisational, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Highly organised and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple priority tasks under tight deadlines.
• Exceptional communication skills, with proven ability to negotiate and build strong client relationships.
• Experience in using a CRM software.
• Ideally, some solar industry knowledge or an interest in solar.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service, communicate effectively with customers and team members, and collaborate to ensure smooth project deliveries.
• Complete SketchUp drawings; analyse bills; design solar/off-grid systems (full training provided)
• Liaise with our customers to keep them updated on project progress, handle applications for Distributed Generation and Energy Retailers and organise electrical inspections.
• Order stock , process deliveries, conduct stock checks, and maintain an organised warehouse.
• Support general administration through email, phone and internal comms.
