Aon is seeking a SME Client Executive to serve existing and new SME clients across the portfolio. You’ll own the end-to-end client journey, lead renewals, and collaborate with Claims, ABS, and internal teams to deliver timely, accurate solutions.

The role supports a regional SME portfolio with a focus on client planning and process optimization. Hybrid working arrangements are available, with locations in Whanganui or New Plymouth.

Responsabilidades

• Own the end-to-end client journey, coordinating with Claims and ABS for timely support.
• Lead renewal and mid-term discussions to align advice with client needs.
• Contribute to client planning with Client Directors/Managers.
• Optimize systems and processes to drive efficiency, compliance and client experience.
• Champion continuous improvement using data insights and best practice.
