Job summary

Aon seeks an SME Client Executive to join our regional SME team in Auckland. You will deliver excellent service to existing and new clients across the SME portfolio, collaborating with Claims and ABS to ensure a seamless client experience and timely support.

In this role you will own an SME portfolio, lead renewal discussions, optimise processes, and drive continuous improvement using data insights to deliver high‑standard outcomes for clients and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end client journey with Claims teams and ABS.
• Lead renewal and mid-term discussions aligned with client needs.
• Contribute to client planning with Client Directors/Managers.
• Optimize systems and processes to drive efficiency, compliance, and client experience.
• Champion continuous improvement using data insights and best practices.
