Job summary

Aon is seeking a proactive SME client specialist to deliver outstanding service across Hawke's Bay. You will own a SME portfolio, promote services, conduct risk management and work with the broader team to provide tailored solutions for clients.

You will collaborate with Claims, ABS and colleagues to ensure smooth client journeys, lead renewal discussions, and drive improvements that enhance efficiency and experience.

Qualifications

• Level 5 Fire and General qualification is required.
• Strong communication and client service experience with insurance knowledge preferred.
• Hybrid work arrangement in Hawke's Bay region.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality client support and manage a SME portfolio.
• Lead renewal and mid-term discussions with clients to ensure timely, accurate advice.
• Collaborate with Claims, ABS and internal teams to support the client journey.
• Promote services and conduct risk management across the SME portfolio.
• Optimise systems and processes to improve efficiency and client experience.
• Champion continuous improvement using data and best practices to deliver consistent outcomes.
