Our locally based client is seeking an experienced and motivated Site Manager to join their team. As a Site Manager, you'll oversee all aspects of the site, ensuring safety, quality, and client satisfaction, while fostering a culture of improvement for both yourself and your team.

About the role:

Typically working on projects $10-30mil, the role will include but not be limited to:

• Ensuring the project is delivered in a timely manner
• A high level of programming and planning
• Liaising with clients and consultants
• Overseeing a site-based team
• Client management
• Maintaining the highest standards of safety

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the site team, ensuring the project is completed safely, efficiently, and to high standards.
• Plan and coordinate all aspects of site operations, ensuring timely and on-budget delivery.
• Ensure compliance with current construction regulations and industry best practices.
• Foster a safety-first culture, ensuring all site activities adhere to strict health and safety guidelines.

Skills and Experience:

• Trade qualified with 5+ years of experience in a Site Manager role (Commercial or Residential).
