Qualifications

• Proven track record as a Construction Site Manager or similar senior site supervisory role.
• In-depth knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and project management principles.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints, specifications, and construction documents.
• Experience in managing health and safety on construction sites.
• Relevant tertiary qualification or professional certification in construction management or a related field is preferred.
