About the Role:

We are seeking a Project Builder to oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish. This role includes responsibilities as a Building Project Manager and Site Foreman, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards. You will lead on-site teams, coordinate subcontractors, and manage day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and manage construction projects from start to completion.
• Supervise and lead on-site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources to meet deadlines and cost targets.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and project specifications.
• Conduct site inspections and troubleshoot construction issues.
• Communicate with clients, engineers, architects, and stakeholders to ensure project success.

Requirements:

• Qualified Builder with experience in construction management.
• Strong leadership skills with experience as a Site Foreman or Project Manager.
• In-depth knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and construction processes.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, teams, and deadlines effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and site coordination tools.
