Qualifications

• Trade qualification and 5+ years in a Site Manager role (commercial or residential).
• Strong planning, coordination and organisational abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of current construction regulations and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the site team, ensuring safe, efficient delivery to high standards.
• Plan and coordinate all site operations to meet schedule and budget.
• Ensure compliance with construction regulations and health and safety guidelines.
