Stellar Recruitment Pty seeks a Senior Site Manager to lead residential developments in the Gisborne region. You will own site operations, coordinating trades, subcontractors and suppliers to deliver projects safely, on programme and to high standards.

Strong leadership and relationships with stakeholders are essential. Applicants should have 7+ years in site management, a solid residential background and experience delivering multi-unit housing.

Qualifications

• 7+ years' Site Management experience.
• Strong residential construction background.
• Experience delivering multi-unit or large-scale housing projects.
• Ability to build strong relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants and council representatives.
• Strong communication and leadership capability.
• Proactive, solutions-focused approach.
• Carpentry trade background (Desirable).

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day site management.
• Managing subcontractors and suppliers.
• Coordinating trades and resources.
• Monitoring programme and quality.
• Liaising with councils, engineers, surveyors and inspectors.

The Opportunity

An established construction business is seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to support the delivery of upcoming residential developments across the Gisborne region.

Working alongside an experienced leadership team, you'll take ownership of site operations, coordinating trades, subcontractors, suppliers and key stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme and to a high standard.
