Job summary

Abbott is seeking an Technical Services and Engineering Manager based in Waikato District, Pokeno. You will lead engineering, facilities, utilities, capital project execution and maintenance support, coordinating with divisions and external groups to drive site performance.

You will develop asset care roadmaps, enable asset reliability, and manage resource allocation and budgets while fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering, facilities, utilities, capital project execution and maintenance support for the site.
• Develop asset care roadmaps to ensure equipment reliability and process stability.
• Collaborate with key business functions to deliver productivity, quality and cost improvements.
• Design and monitor long-range and short-range capital plans to meet capacity goals.
• Manage contractors, vendors and the department budget; ensure compliance with policies.
