Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Attract, develop and retain diverse staff with training and succession planning.
• Foster engagement and inclusivity through communication and collaboration.
• Design long- and short-range capital plans to meet capacity objectives.
• Ensure compliance with policies, laws and regulations.
• Manage site budgets and cost-improvement strategies.
