What we’re looking for Ideally, you’ll have a Civil Engineering degree and some practical construction experience.
Experience across water, wastewater, drainage, pipelines, structures, piling or heavy civil infrastructure would be useful, but attitude and technical ability are just as important.
You’ll enjoy being on site, getting into the detail and understanding how things are actually built. You’ll be proactive, comfortable taking responsibility and keen to keep developing.
You’ll get exposure to complex projects, experienced technical leaders and considerably more construction responsibility than you might within a heavily subcontracted environment.
