Job summary

Mitre 10 MEGA Albany is seeking a hands-on Retail Manager to lead a portfolio of customer-focused departments on the shop floor. You will coach your team, support customers and drive department performance in a busy, high-volume store.

You’ll develop a capable team, maintain presentation standards and contribute to store performance while benefiting from leadership development and career progression opportunities within Riviera Holdings.

Qualifications

Experience leading a team in retail or home improvement environments.
People development is a priority.
Strong customer-first mindset and service delivery.
Understanding that great customer experiences drive sales results.
Ability to balance customer service, people leadership and department performance.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Lead a portfolio of customer-focused departments on the shop floor.
Coach and develop the team to improve service and sales performance.
Support customers with product knowledge and practical solutions for home projects.
Maintain presentation standards and drive department performance.
