Work slows, schedules are disrupted, and people can't do what they need to do. Based in Te Awamutu, you'll play an important role in keeping agricultural and construction businesses operating at their best. Whether you're diagnosing faults in the workshop or supporting customers in the field, your work helps minimise downtime and keeps essential industries moving.

You'll be trusted to solve problems, take ownership of your work and deliver practical solutions for customers. The role is predominantly workshop-based, with field service work adding variety throughout the week. For experienced technicians, there is also the opportunity to mentor apprentices and help grow the next generation of skilled tradespeople.

More Than Just a Workshop

You'll be joining a well-established team with access to leading equipment, modern facilities and ongoing development opportunities.

You'll also enjoy:

  • State‑of‑the‑art facility in Te Awamutu
  • Broad exposure across leading equipment brands
  • Internal career progression opportunities

You'll bring strong diagnostic capability, confidence using modern technology, a collaborative approach, and pride in delivering quality workmanship.

If you enjoy solving problems, take pride in your craft and want to do work that has a genuine impact on customers and communities, we'd love to hear from you.
