CCS Disability Action is seeking a Service Manager in Christchurch to lead a team delivering disability services across the Canterbury region. The role focuses on supervision, relationship building, and administrative leadership to ensure high-quality, responsive supports for disabled people and their whānau.
You will contribute to strategic planning, drive improvements, and support organisational change while fostering collaboration, compassion, and respect within a values-driven team.

Hours: Permanent, full-time (40 hours per week).
We have an exciting leadership position available for someone with a people-focused mindset, to support the delivery of services within the Canterbury region. This position involves relationship building, support and administration, along with leading a team of service staff who provide support services, information, and advocacy for both disabled people and their family/whānau. You will be part of a supportive team that values collaboration, compassion, and respect for one another.
