We’re looking for a mechanically minded and solutions-driven team member to join our large Rolleston workshop as a Service Coordinator. You’ll play a key role in the organisation and allocation of customer jobs, ensuring our technicians’ skills are best utilized to meet our customers’ needs.
This opportunity will see you:
Taking job bookings and customer calls, opening jobs accordingly.
Organising daily job schedules for technicians in both the field and workshop, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
Providing job assistance to our technicians in the field and in the workshop.
Collaborating with our Parts Team to arrange parts required, ensuring efficient and timely communication.
Checking documentation, including ROs, for accuracy prior to processing and ensuring all warranty paperwork is completed correctly.
Liaising with customers regarding the status of their machines and preparing quotes as needed.
Ideally you’ll bring:
Mechanical aptitude, with experience in agricultural, construction, or forestry equipment. Machinery operation experience would be an advantage.
Proven ability to manage time effectively and coordinate schedules efficiently.
Previous experience working with customers, preferably within a related industry.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with excellent attention to detail.
Experience using a range of workplace software applications, with the ability to quickly learn new systems.
Good computer literacy, including confidence using email, logging jobs, and carrying out day-to-day administrative tasks, along with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
