We’re looking for an energetic, numbers‑savvy Service Coordinator who loves organising chaos, leading people and turning complex schedules into smooth‑running operations. If you get a kick out of ticking off job lists, running a team of technicians and crafting quotes that win work and protect margins, this role is for you.

The Company

This privately owned HVAC company has years of experience delivering smart, customised heating and cooling solutions across the Auckland region. They’ve built a strong reputation for quality workmanship and long term client relationships on industrial and commercial projects. Now they’re on the hunt for a capable, energetic coordinator who can juggle multiple priorities and keep jobs and schedules running like clockwork.

What will you be doing

• Book incoming service calls, maintenance visits and installations into an efficient daily and weekly schedule
• Dispatch and coordinate a team of HVAC technicians, matching the right tech to the right job at the right time
• Coordinate parts, equipment, and subcontractors so jobs keep moving and customers stay happy
• Put your strong numerical skills to work: build accurate estimates, double-check pricing against budgets, and flag any cost risks early
• Answer service calls and emails, solve problems quickly, and deliver a customer experience that makes people want to come back

What will you bring

• Experience as a service coordinator or operations coordinator within HVAC, building services or a technical trade environment
• A strong financial and numerical mindset - you’re confident building quotes, working with margins and analysing costs
• Outstanding organisational skills - you can juggle multiple priorities, keep a tight schedule and stay calm when things get busy
• High attention to detail and a 'no loose ends' approach to work
• Sense of fun and humour, you enjoy banter and know when to focus on work
