Job summary

Air Mc Ltd in Auckland is seeking a service coordinator to manage enquiries and scheduling for HVAC and refrigeration services. You will coordinate technicians, bookings and customer updates from initial enquiry through to job completion.

The role requires strong organisation, excellent communication and the ability to adapt in a busy environment. Experience in service coordination or administration is preferred, with Simpro knowledge advantageous.

Qualifications

• Experience in service coordination, scheduling, administration or customer service.
• HVAC, refrigeration or trade/service industry experience would be advantageous.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Confident dealing with customers and tradespeople.
• Ability to prioritise and adapt when plans change.
• Comfortable in a busy, fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with computers and job scheduling systems.
• Simpro experience would be an advantage.

Responsibilities
