Terra Industrial New Zealand Limited is hiring a Parts Coordinator to support our nationwide team. You will review and process parts orders and returns, coordinate freight, manage daily reports, and ensure stock accuracy across Christchurch and Auckland operations.

Working with service and warehouse teams, you’ll handle voice, email, web and chat enquiries using Talkdesk and SalesLink, delivering exceptional customer experiences every step of the way.

Qualifications

• A customer-centric mindset and strong phone manner.
• Previous administration experience is preferred.
• Proven, strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
• Competency with MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Review and process parts orders and returns through to invoicing.
• Coordinate freight options and manage daily reporting.
• Ensure stock accuracy and facilitate communication across teams.

Company : Terra Industrial New Zealand Limited The role: As a Parts Coordinator with Terra’s nationwide team, your role is to deliver exceptional customer experiences with every interaction.

Working collaboratively with our service and warehouse teams, you will review and process parts orders, and returns, through to invoicing, coordinate freight options, generate and manage daily reporting and ensure stock accuracy is maintained.

You will utilise digital tools including Talkdesk and SalesLink to manage voice, email, web and chat customer channels ensuring customers are well informed of their orders at every step.

You will work with a tight knit nationwide team of coordinators and wider teams, where we share the load and lean on each other for support.

While this is a 9-month fixed-term opportunity, it's a fantastic chance to join the Terra Cat team, build valuable industry experience, learn from experienced professionals, and expand your career with one of New Zealand's leading Caterpillar dealerships.

Located Islington in Christchurch or Wiri in Auckland, the hours are Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day.
