Job summary

BNZ seeks a Senior People Technology Analyst to help shape and support Workday HCM solutions. This hands-on role covers analysis, troubleshooting, configuration, delivery, testing, and optimisation across the full solution lifecycle to improve the colleague experience.

You will provide Level 2 support for Workday HCM and its integrations, work with People & Culture to resolve complex HR issues, analyse enhancements, and lead bug resolutions in an agile setting with cross-region collaboration.

Qualifications

• Five+ years' experience supporting an HR system in a similar environment.
• Tertiary qualification in a relevant technical field.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to build relationships.
• Experience with Workday HCM and cross-system integrations.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 support for Workday HCM and its integrations with downstream systems.
• Collaborate with People & Culture to resolve HR system issues and business processes.
• Analyse enhancement requests and support agile delivery.
• Lead end-to-end resolution of bugs and system defects.
• Ensure compliance with legal, audit, and risk standards.
• Share knowledge and coach team members.
