Job summary

Based in Dunedin, this full-time fixed-term role centers on planning, coordinating, and executing tests for Workday, Dayforce aPay and integrations, with a focus on UAT and quality outcomes. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating testing activities for complex technology projects.
• Strong test planning, execution and defect management skills.
• Ability to translate requirements into test scenarios and cases.
• Experience leading UAT with business stakeholders.
• Experience testing integrated systems and APIs.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate testing activities across the Workday programme.
• Test Workday, Dayforce aPay and integrations with other University systems.
• Lead and coordinate UAT with stakeholders and SMEs.
• Manage defects, test evidence and reporting.
• Support test data, environments and readiness across the lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Digital Services and partners to enable change readiness.
