Job summary

BNZ in Auckland is seeking a Senior People Technology Analyst to shape and support Workday HCM solutions. This hands-on role covers analysis, troubleshooting, configuration, testing, and optimisation, with strong stakeholder collaboration across the business.

You will provide Level 2 Workday HCM support, manage integrations and lead incident resolution, while driving improvements and ensuring risk and compliance standards are met.

Qualifications

5+ years supporting an HR system in a similar environment.
Solid Workday HCM knowledge across Core, Compensation, Time & Attendance, Performance and Learning.
Experience with integrations across multiple systems and incident management.
Excellent communication and stakeholder relationship skills.

Responsibilities

Provide Level 2 support for Workday HCM and its integrations with downstream systems, including ADP Payroll.
Analyse enhancement requests and support an agile delivery approach.
Lead end-to-end resolution of bugs and system defects when needed.
Help ensure compliance with legal, audit, and risk standards.
Share knowledge with team members and support growth and development.
