Job summary

• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and balance business needs with technology constraints.

Responsibilities

• Lead analysis across large, complex programmes involving multiple delivery teams and senior stakeholders.
• Shape problem definition, requirements strategy and solution options.
• Guide analysis of system integrations, data flows, and architecture impacts.
• Translate ambiguity into structured roadmaps and actionable requirements.
• Ensure consistent BA frameworks, artefacts and governance across delivery teams.
• Coach and mentor Business Analysts using structured development approaches.
• Contribute to practice uplift by refining templates and training materials.
