The Ministry of Social Development in Wellington is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join the Service Improvement and Delivery team. You will help translate business needs into user stories, collaborate with stakeholders, and support the full product lifecycle in a dynamic, service-delivery setting.

You’ll join the Service Improvement and Delivery business unit, the delivery engine for Service Delivery, accountable for service improvement and change implementation. The team brings together operational and support functions with planning, sequencing, and execution of business change, policy implementation, and system enhancements. You’ll be part of a delivery team, working on initiatives across an income, employment, or housing lens.
