Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop direct reports with performance management and wellbeing.
• Maintain quality and effectiveness of the Analysis & Design Practice with other leads.
• Ensure practitioners have skills, tools and support to contribute to delivery.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align approaches and build capability across Technology and MSD.
