The Department of Internal Affairs is seeking a fixed-term Manager, Business Analysis Practice within Enterprise Digital Services in Wellington. You will lead the BA team, coach staff and ensure high-quality analysis informs project and business outcomes across EDS.

You will work with senior leaders and stakeholders to align services with priorities and champion emerging technologies. Applicants should have a proven track record of leading teams, lifting capability and driving change.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading and developing high-performing teams within business analysis, digital delivery or a related discipline.
• Strong track record of lifting team capability, practice maturity and performance.
• Ability to build trusted relationships and influence across a complex stakeholder environment.
• Strong planning, prioritisation and resource management skills, with sound judgement when balancing competing demands.
• Experience driving continuous improvement and leading teams through change.
