Job summary

Ministry of Social Development is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to partner with the Corporate Portfolio and stakeholders to identify business needs, document requirements, and support delivery of programme outcomes.

You will provide advice, facilitate workshops, and ensure solutions align with priorities and constraints while contributing across multiple initiatives in a dynamic public sector environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in project environments.
• Familiar with ERP/Oracle contracts/finance modules.
• Excellent communication and senior stakeholder relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Run workshops to define problems, outcomes and acceptance measures.
• Model current and future state and create data models.
• Conduct research to inform solution options and decision logs.
• Coordinate data migration and cutover activities.
• Identify, document and validate business requirements.
• Analyze processes and identify automation opportunities.
• Prepare impact assessments and assist with testing.
• Develop logical designs from requirements.
• Maintain strong stakeholder relationships and clear communication.
