Qualifications

• Experience delivering business analysis within technology, digital, or transformation initiatives.
• Ability to gather, analyse, document, and validate business and technical requirements.
• Strong collaboration with architects, developers, testers, and stakeholders.
• Experience working in Agile, hybrid, or waterfall delivery environments.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Willingness to learn Salesforce and AEM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Deliver business analysis across digital and technology initiatives of varying size and complexity.
• Elicit, analyse, validate and document business and technical requirements with quality.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, testers and stakeholders to design fit-for-purpose solutions.
• Facilitate workshops to define business needs, explore problems and outcomes.
• Support solution design via options analysis, impact and feasibility assessments.
• Identify risks, dependencies and impacts across systems and processes.
• Support continuous improvement of analysis practices and standards.
