The University of Auckland’s Student Hubs team seeks a highly motivated Senior Hub Assistant for the Grafton Student Hub. You will be the first contact for services, delivering friendly, high‑quality guidance to current and prospective students and coordinating front desk operations.

This permanent role offers a salary of 56,400–64,700 NZD per year, with a 2pm–10pm shift pattern on weekdays and weekend coverage, plus flexible employment practices including work-from-home options and generous

• Senior Hub Assistants provide a high standard of customer service and act as the first point of contact.

• Support Library and Student IT services as needed.
• Coordinate tasks to keep hub operations running smoothly.
