Job summary

OneSchool Global NZ is seeking a committed Student Support Assistant (Teacher Aide) at Auckland Campus in Mangere Bridge. The role focuses on supporting students, with a preference for those requiring high-needs learning or behavioural support, and involves working with small groups and individual learners.

Hours are 20 per week starting at 8:30 am, 40 weeks per year with school holidays off. Fixed term until 10 December 2027, with renewal potential.

OneSchool Global NZ is looking for a committed Student Support Assistant (Teacher Aide) to join our team at Auckland Campus based in Mangere Bridge. This role focuses on supporting students, with a preference for candidates who have experience working with students requiring high needs learning or behavioural support.

About the Role:

• Work with a small group of students and on an individual basis throughout the day.
• Support students with their independent learning across a range of subjects.
• Assist in keeping students engaged, motivated, and on track with their learning goals.
• Collaborate with teachers to ensure the best support strategies are in place.

Role Details:

Hours: 20 hours per week , starting at 8:30 am (hours/ days can be flexible for the right candidate)

Weeks: This role is a 40 weeks per annum position. School holidays off.

Start Date: ASAP

Fixed Term Contract until 10th December 2027, with possibility to be renewed for the following year.

Location: OneSchool Global NZ, Auckland Campus.
