Tracksuit Limited is hiring a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to shape reliability, observability and security across our Auckland-based platform. You’ll implement guardrails, self-serve observability, and robust deployment pipelines while partnering with teams to manage real systems and data.

You’ll build scalable cloud infrastructure using AWS, Terraform/Terragrunt, and scripting, with a focus on incident readiness, security, and cost awareness in a fast-growing, marketing-focused company.

Formación

• Proven experience as a Senior Site Reliability Engineer or similar.
• Strong infrastructure as code and cloud architecture fundamentals.
• Hands-on with observability, security, and incident response.
• Ability to communicate system health and risk to diverse audiences.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain cloud infrastructure and platform guardrails for reliability and security.
• Provide self-serve observability: monitoring, logging, tracing, and automation.
• Streamline incident management with runbooks and post-incident reviews.
• Define identity and least-privilege models for non-human actors.
• Document infrastructure designs and runbooks for humans and agents.
• Set safe shipping standards with automated checks in CI/CD pipelines.
• Monitor cloud and inference spend; optimize cost visibility and control.
• Coach engineers on reliability practices and collaborate with Eng/PM.
