Datacom is seeking an experienced Senior Consultant with strong ServiceNow expertise for a Hamilton-based contract engagement starting ASAP. You will lead the technical implementation of ServiceNow solutions for various customers, covering design, development, configuration and testing within a consulting setting.

This hands‑on role emphasizes Customer Service Management (CSM) proficiency, translating business requirements into effective technical solutions and mentoring junior consultants.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering ServiceNow implementations in a consulting environment.
• Proficient understanding of ServiceNow CSM products and capabilities.
• Certified Implementation Specialist in ITSM and/or CSM required.

Responsibilities

• Develop best‑practice designs and solutions that meet customer requirements and business needs.
• Configure, develop, test and manage ServiceNow components within scope and timelines.
• Collaborate with architects and cross‑functional teams to enhance features and value.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor throughout implementation.
• Maintain strong customer relationships through clear communication and delivery.
• Share expertise and mentor junior consultants during internal sessions.
