Datacom in Hamilton is seeking an experienced Senior Consultant with strong ServiceNow expertise to join a short-term engagement. You will lead the technical implementation of ServiceNow solutions for multiple customers, covering design, development, configuration and testing in a consulting environment.

This hands-on role requires deep CSM knowledge, the ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions, and the skills to mentor juniors while working with architects

Formación

• Hands-on ServiceNow delivery in a consulting setting.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow CSM products and capabilities.
• Certification: ITSM and/or CSM Implementation Specialist.
• Experience in customer service management or customer experience environments.
• Experience with enterprise SaaS solutions and Agile/Scrum environments.
• Ability to learn quickly and work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

About The Role

We're looking for an experienced Senior Consultant with strong ServiceNow expertise to join us on a contract engagement based in Hamilton, with an immediate start.

You’ll lead the technical implementation of ServiceNow solutions for a range of customers, working across design, development, configuration and testing within a consulting environment.

This role suits a hands-on consultant with strong Customer Service Management (CSM) expertise who can translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.

What You’ll Do

• Develop best-practice designs and solutions that meet customer requirements and business needs
• Configure, develop, test and manage the technical components of ServiceNow implementations within agreed scope and timelines

What You’ll Bring

• Strong hands-on experience delivering ServiceNow implementations in a consulting environment
• A proficient understanding of ServiceNow CSM products, services and capabilities, or comparable solutions
• Certified Implementation Specialist certification in ITSM and/or CSM
• Experience working in customer service management or customer experience environments
• Development and/or consulting experience with enterprise SaaS solutions
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to learn new technologies quickly
• The ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
