Job summary

EY NZ is seeking an accomplished Solutions Architect to shape end-to-end ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD and more. You will lead architecture, governance and multi-workstream delivery while engaging with executives to drive transformation.

You’ll bring deep ServiceNow expertise, JavaScript/AngularJS skills and a proven track record in pre-sales, client relationships and offshore delivery leadership. Hybrid role based in Auckland or Wellington.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in ServiceNow architecture and delivery.
• Strong leadership of large cross-functional teams.
• Experience in pre-sales, solutioning and proposal development.
• Consulting background with commercial acumen and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ServiceNow design and delivery across ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, SPM, IRM/GRC and emerging AI capabilities.
• Define solution standards, data models, governance frameworks and delivery approaches across multi-workstream programs.
• Act as technical design authority and advisor to clients and delivery teams.
• Advise on platform strategy, roadmaps and governance to maximise business value.
