Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Consultant to deliver ServiceNow solutions for NZ and Australia. You will translate business requirements into scalable platform solutions, collaborating with architects and onshore/offshore teams to drive complex transformation programs.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow implementations as a Technical Consultant, Developer, or similar role.
• Experience configuring the ServiceNow platform with core fundamentals (ACLs, business rules, client scripts, update sets, integrations).
• CSA is required; CAD/CIS certifications are highly desirable.
• Experience developing and supporting integrations (REST, SOAP, MID Server, OAuth).
• Experience with data migration and transformation activities.
• Exposure to ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, PSDS, SPM, IRM/GRC, or SecOps workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure and implement ServiceNow solutions across full project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with clients to translate requirements into scalable, supportable ServiceNow solutions.
• Develop and configure using ServiceNow technologies (JavaScript/Glide scripting, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP, UI Builder, Service Portal).
• Contribute to architecture discussions and provide technical guidance to architects and delivery leads.
• Support platform upgrades and ensure adherence to leading practices.
• Build trusted client relationships and provide knowledge transfer during delivery.
• Coach and support junior consultants, graduates and interns, and facilitate training sessions.
• Stay current with ServiceNow innovations, including AI capabilities.
