Properli Group in Auckland is hiring an SDR to convert warm leads into booked appointments with our property, mortgage and insurance advisers. You will sit in the marketing team and influence campaigns with real input from your calls.

You’ll maintain HubSpot records, share insights with marketing, and help shape the scripts and processes for a growing appointment-setting team. This is a full-time role based in our Auckland CBD office.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in appointment setting, SDR or phone-based sales.
• Track record of booked meetings that actually happened.
• Warm, consultative selling style with ability to set expectations.

Responsabilités

• Call and follow up warm leads from campaigns and referrals.
• Have genuine conversations to understand goals and timing.
• Book qualified appointments with advisers.
• Confirm attendance and own the booking process.
• Keep HubSpot accurate for briefed advisers.
• Feed insights back to marketing to improve targeting.
• Help shape scripts, processes and standards for future team.
