Generate KiwiSaver Scheme in New Zealand is seeking a Sales Development Representative to qualify leads and convert them into appointments with our Financial Advisers. The role involves calling warm leads, building authentic client connections, and educating potential customers on the value of financial advice.

You will work closely with our Advisers, learn varied sales techniques, and manage CRM data. Weekend rotation is expected; Auckland or Dunedin offices are available.

Qualificações

• Experience in sales or customer engagement is preferred but not mandatory if you can demonstrate goals and success.
• Strong rapport and relationship-building skills are essential for developing client trust.
• Resilience and a proactive, results-driven mindset are highly valued.
• Comfort with CRM tools and technology across internal systems.

Responsabilidades

• Call warm leads from marketing activities and sell the value of an appointment.
• Establish warm connections with potential clients and understand their needs.
• Educate clients about the benefits of financial advice.
• Collaborate daily with Financial Advisers to drive opportunities.
• Refine sales skills to deliver excellent customer experiences.
• Maintain up-to-date communication in the CRM (Salesforce).
• Build knowledge of the Financial Services market for informed interactions.
• Receive training and support from leadership to enable success.
