Job summary

KiwiQuest Ltd. is hiring for a remote outbound sales role in New Zealand. You will make outbound calls to prospective insurance customers, qualify interest in quotes or policy reviews, and pass qualified opportunities to advisers. The role includes daily video meetings, coaching, onboarding, and full training.

We offer NZ$65,000 annual base salary paid weekly, uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses. This is fully remote with Monday–Friday hours, no weekends, and equipment provided.

Qualifications

• Phone-based sales, appointment-setting, telesales or lead-generation experience preferred.
• Confidence speaking with strangers and handling rejection.
• Self-management and ability to follow clear processes.
• Basic technology skills, reliable internet and a quiet workspace.
• Valid New Zealand working rights.
