Job summary

WSP Paeroa Civil Infrastructure seeks a Senior/Principal Engineer to drive roading asset management and network performance. You will work embedded with a key client five days a week in the Thames-Coromandel region, delivering strategic advice and technical delivery.

You will lead asset management projects, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and build trusted client relationships to grow asset information and data analytics services regionally and nationally.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related discipline.
8–10 years’ experience in a comparable civil engineering role with asset management.
Chartered status or progress toward accreditation.
Experience with asset information management and data analytics.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic asset management and network performance advisory services.
Deliver data analytics and asset management deliverables to clients.
Apply asset management standards, NZ standards, and ISO guidance.
Lead delivery of asset management projects with scope, budget, and risk control.
Provide leadership across multidisciplinary teams and ensure high-quality outcomes.
Build relationships with clients and support growth of data services.
