Job summary

The Financial Markets Authority (FMA) seeks a Senior Regulatory Systems Adviser to join the Licensing & Regulatory Services team on a 12-month fixed-term basis. You will lead enhancements to the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and work across business and technology teams to ensure reliable regulatory platforms.

You will act as a trusted adviser to stakeholders, translate needs into platform improvements, and drive continuous improvement on data quality, reporting and user experience.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting, administering or enhancing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM or a similar enterprise platform.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and develop practical solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to influence across audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead platform enhancements and change initiatives for regulatory systems.
• Collaborate with business, technology teams and external vendors to deliver improvements.
