Job summary

The Financial Markets Authority in Auckland seeks a Senior Regulatory Systems Adviser on a 12-month fixed-term basis to drive enhancements of Manawataki, our Dynamics 365 CRM, and to partner with business and technology teams to deliver reliable regulatory platforms.

You will lead platform improvements, advise stakeholders, and ensure data quality and reporting capabilities support informed regulatory decisions. The role offers the chance to shape regulatory outcomes in a collaborative setting.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting, administering or enhancing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM or similar enterprise platform.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to identify opportunities and practical solutions.
• Experience leading system, process or business improvement initiatives.
• Ability to translate business needs into effective platform and process improvements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with credibility across audiences.
• Strong planning and organisational skills to manage multiple priorities and deliver outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Leading ongoing enhancement and optimisation of regulatory platforms, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Acting as a trusted adviser to business stakeholders on platform capabilities, opportunities and improvements.
• Leading identification, prioritisation and delivery of platform enhancements and change initiatives.
• Working with technology teams and vendors to resolve issues and drive continuous improvement.
• Championing improvements to business processes, data quality and user experience.
• Developing reporting, insights and resources that support informed decision-making and platform adoption.
