The Financial Markets Authority in Auckland seeks a Senior Regulatory Systems Adviser on a 12-month fixed-term basis to drive enhancements of Manawataki, our Dynamics 365 CRM, and to partner with business and technology teams to deliver reliable regulatory platforms.

We're looking for a Senior Regulatory Systems Adviser to join our Licensing & Regulatory Services team on a 12-month fixed-term basis.
This is a unique opportunity to play an important role in shaping and enhancing Manawataki, our Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM. Sitting at the intersection of business operations, technology and continuous improvement, you'll work closely with stakeholders across the FMA, technology teams and external vendors to ensure our regulatory platforms are effective, reliable and evolving to meet the organisation's needs.
This is a varied role with plenty of scope to influence how our platforms support regulatory outcomes. You'll lead platform and system improvements, drive better ways of working, and help ensure users have the tools and information they need to deliver their work effectively.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, influencing change and working across business and technology teams to deliver meaningful outcomes.
You'll be a proactive and solutions-focused professional who enjoys understanding how systems, processes and people come together to achieve great results. With a strong customer mindset and a continuous improvement lens, you'll be confident building relationships, influencing stakeholders and leading initiatives that deliver tangible business value. The appointing salary range for this role is $120,000 - $130,000 per annum, plus 4 % KiwiSaver and the benefits outlined above.
