Job summary

Financial Markets Authority NZ in Auckland is seeking a Senior Regulatory Systems Adviser for a 12‑month fixed-term role. Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM or similar enterprise platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience leading system or business-improvement initiatives.
• Ability to translate business needs into effective platform and process improvements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead ongoing enhancement and optimisation of the FMA's regulatory platforms, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Act as a trusted adviser to business stakeholders on platform capabilities, opportunities and improvements.
• Lead the identification, prioritisation and delivery of platform enhancements and change initiatives.
• Collaborate with technology teams and vendors to resolve issues and implement solutions.
• Champion improvements to business processes, system performance, data quality and user experience.
• Develop reporting, insights and resources that support informed decision-making and platform adoption.
